My name is Lily Strasburg, and I teach 5th grade at Lead Elementary. I have taught at Lead for 2 years. I am an energetic, dedicated and caring person and love being an educator. I enjoy teaching all subjects, but I am especially excited to integrate mindfulness and technology across subject areas. I love to create a safe, classroom environment where students feel confident to succeed at their fullest potentials.

At the beginning of the school year, we work hard to create our safe classroom community by having regular class meetings and making student behavioral expectations clear. Students are expected to uphold not only their classroom commitments, but also our schoolwide Three Pillars of Behavior.
